Nina stalked the streets of uptown DC. They were lined with expensive cars on either side, and gracious age old trees that helped conceal her as she slinked around gloomy, dull circles of light cast by the lamps over head. Her prey was twenty or so feet ahead of her, but she wasn't about to get closer. Her sense of hearing was amazing, probably from having listened through her fair share of bank vault like doors when she was younger.
However, the only reason Nina saw any reason to follow after this particular person, was because of a fascinating tidbit of info she'd caught as he was leaving a pub. She simply had to hear more.
The person stopped suddenly, and Nina drew in a breath and vanished against a tree. One would think, being blonde, she'd have been easily spotted, but no. The guy simply shrugged and continued. A small smile curved Nina's lips, but as she made to follow him again, she turned over her shoulder, and found someone staring directly at her. No, they weren't looking 'through' her like the guys she was following.
This person was actually seeing her.

Oliver was seriously displaced. He'd gotten on the wrong flight, and thus landed in Washington instead of Miami. The New York HQ was going to so kill him. However, he knew that it wasn't solely his responsibility. HQ always sent multiple people to one place just in case things like this happened. Oliver, after several minutes of panic, resolved that it didn't matter much, as long as he went back to New York with something.
Strolling the streets of upper DC, having no place to hunker down for the night, but not feeling up to sleep to begin with, Oliver stared though the lens of his camera as he moved. His ears were alert, listening for anyone who might be sneaking up on him. Now the good thing about him, was that he rarely, if ever, used his flash. He could get away with more that way. Snapping a picture, he focused through the shadows and saw on the screen that was ducked behind a tree, while another person seemed to be walking away...
Looking up, he found himself being stared at, by someone resembling a deer caught in headlights. His initial reaction: Oh shit.
His second reaction. "Um, hello...?"

Nina looked at the boy in awe. How could he have - there was no way! No way in the world he could have seen her when her back was to him unless-
"Don't give me that shit - Who are you and what do you want?" Nina demanded, not holding back the growl in her voice. This guy had to be part of Child's Play. Nobody else who looked like him and walked around in the dark would do so and be innocent. The appearance was a facade.
Nina held his gaze, never letting her eyes leave his. It could prove lethal, and when being dolled was the consequence of carelessness, she wasn't about to take the risk. "Answer or I swear by whatever god exists-"
